Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Exterior Design Professional with hands-on experience in exterior design and quantity takeoffs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in preparing detailed designs, reviewing architectural and structural plans, and using specialized exterior design software. You will be expected to collaborate with engineers and project stakeholders to ensure compliance with technical specifications and project requirements.

  • Prepare accurate and comprehensive detailed designs for exterior systems
  • Perform material and quantity takeoffs by reviewing plans and creating summaries in Excel/PDF
  • Work closely with engineers to develop and revise designs and calculations
  • Ensure designs meet applicable codes, standards, and project specs
  • Use specialized software to complete design tasks efficiently
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in exterior design, including cladding systems and façade detailing
  • Skilled in preparing detailed designs and takeoff summaries
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Logikal Software, and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong understanding of construction documents and architectural drawings
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
