We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Management Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Project Team in providing technical support for the Harmonization of the National Government Performance Monitoring, Information, and Reporting System.

This role involves conducting complete staff work in preparing technical reports for the Inter-Agency Task Force on the Harmonization of National Government Performance Monitoring, Information and Reporting System.

The Project Management Specialist will also be responsible for monitoring and coordinating the submissions of agency performance of National Line Agencies and Other Executive Offices for the Performance-Based Incentives System.

  • Assist the Project Team in conducting complete staff work in preparing technical reports for the Inter-Agency Task Force on the Harmonization of National Government Performance Monitoring, Information and Reporting System.
  • Responsible for monitoring and coordinating the submissions of agency performance of National Line Agencies and Other Executive Offices for the Performance-Based Incentives System.

Educational Attainment:

  • Master's degree holder or Bachelor's degree with MA units earned in Public Administration, Public Policy, Public Management, Political Science, Development Studies/Communication, Urban & Regional Planning or other governance-related disciplines;

Required Skills / Experience:

  • At least 5 years of work experience in any of the related fields in a technical capacity or as senior technical staff;
  • Knowledge in interdisciplinary program/project management, performance management, and application of specialized expertise; technology adaptation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (writing and editing skills)
  • Able to analyze technical data and reports submitted by government agencies;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Good Presentation Skills;
  • Competency in office software;
  • Experience working with government, civil society organizations and NGOs.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Conducting research and analysis to identify best practices and trends in program/project management;
  • Developing and implementing project plans, timelines, and budgets;
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration;
  • Monitoring and evaluating project progress and outcomes;
  • Identifying and addressing potential risks and issues.
