Project Director

This key position oversees the strategic execution of critical initiatives across operational landscapes.

Responsibilities:
  • Initiative Management: Coordinate planning, prioritization, and governance of operations projects aligned with business objectives.
  • Portfolio Management: Maintain an enterprise portfolio roadmap, ensuring alignment with business capacity and resource availability.
Project Execution & Delivery
  • End-to-End Project Delivery: Drive delivery of complex cross-functional projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Project Planning & Risk Mitigation: Develop detailed project plans, charters, status reports, and risk mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
  • Collaboration & Communication: Partner closely with operations leaders, enabling teams, technology, and other support functions to ensure initiative success.
  • Progress Updates & Decision-Making: Facilitate executive updates and steering committee reviews with clear progress narratives and decision-making inputs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate proactively with stakeholders to manage expectations and foster collaboration.
Process Improvement & Value Delivery
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, eliminate redundancies, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Benefits Realization Tracking: Track and report on benefits realization, including financial and non-financial impact across initiatives.
  • Change Management Support: Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption and sustainability of new solutions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required for this role. A focus on data accuracy, effective time management, and strong collaboration and communication skills are also necessary. The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional coordination, monitor project performance, mitigate risks, and support transformation agendas.
