Chiller Operator Job Description

This is a challenging role where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of chiller systems in assigned project sites. Your primary goal will be to maintain standard parameters, troubleshoot basic issues, perform repair and preventive maintenance tasks, and ensure all equipment is functioning correctly.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain chiller systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Inspect, monitor, and document plant equipment on an hourly or daily basis.
  • Maintain work areas, equipment, and chiller plant rooms in a neat and orderly condition.
  • Report any concerns or issues related to chiller operation to the relevant authorities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • TESDA NCII Certificate in Domestic Refrigeration or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in chiller operatorship.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting schedules.
