Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and talent acquisition processes from start to finish.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
- Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance Artelia's market presence.
- Handle employee and labor relations concerns while ensuring compliance.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture.
- Maintain accurate records for reporting and compliance purposes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and/or talent acquisition.
- Experience in recruiting for Engineering Design roles is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
