About This Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated mental health professional to join our team as an Onsite Psychologist. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in delivering world-class coaching experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to support clients' mental health and wellbeing.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients through regular check-ins and counseling sessions.
  • Create engaging group sessions to promote positive mental health practices.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of coaching services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to enhance our mental health modules.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in counseling or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of mental health principles and practices.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability and professionalism at all times.
