Fraud Risk and Intelligence Analyst

The ideal candidate will perform comprehensive risk assessments and strategic development analysis for various portfolios. They will be responsible for providing internal clients with critical reports that inform fraud risk and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Risk Assessment:
    Perform thorough data analysis to identify performance metrics and assess the effectiveness of fraud strategies. Regularly analyze current fraud trends, recommend rule settings, and provide logical explanations.
  • Rule Setting & Management:
    Communicate the operational impact of rule settings to internal clients, monitor rule deployment, and track rule performance to ensure efficient utilization of detection teams' capacity.
  • Collaboration & Coordination:
    Interact with internal clients to gather firsthand knowledge on the results of implemented fraud strategies and develop ways to improve them based on their input.
  • Data Management:
    Maintain well-defined management information systems (MIS) reports to monitor fraud performance and collaborate with internal clients in developing new or modified reports that support business decisions.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    Deliver required MIS reports and analytics to internal clients and prepare external fraud performance reports detailing fraud risk.
  • Collaboration & Coordination:
    Engage with internal clients to gain insight into actual MIS being created and continuously improve them based on relevance to the supported business unit.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Statistics or Computer Studies preferred)
  • At least 3 years of experience in fraud/risk or MIS roles
  • Familiarity with fraud-related areas is desirable
  • Ability to work onsite and willingness to be assigned in Ortigas
