Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Combine the platform's configuration and customization capabilities to build solutions on the Force.com platform.
  2. Develop and maintain integrations to and from various systems and data sources.
  3. Write clear and concise instructions for low-code and pro-code components.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  5. Maintain documentation throughout the build process.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of technical analysis, system design, and prototyping.
  • Familiarity with software development philosophies (Scrum, Kanban) and techniques (BDD, TDD).
  • Competence in design patterns (OOP, SOLID, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Computer Sciences / Information Technology degree, or equivalent.
  • Experience working in agile project management settings.
  • Knowledge of software development processes using VCS/CI/CD tools.
  • Exposure to Banking / Financial Services.
