Technical Solutions Expert

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to collaborate closely with our sales team and provide technical guidance throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing custom solutions that align with client-specific requirements.

About the Role
  • Provide technical support and guidance to sales teams during the pre-sales process.
  • Design and propose customized solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
  • Install, configure, and integrate new systems and software within clients' IT environments.
  • Identify and troubleshoot implementation issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in technical solutions design and implementation.
  • Cloud experience with one of the major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of web protocols and security.
  • Passion for technology and ability to act as an evangelist for products in discussions with potential customers and partners.
  • Experience in Linux administration and troubleshooting, preferably with distros like Ubuntu and RedHat.
