**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Operations Supervisor to join our team at CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

As a Facilities Operations Supervisor, you will supervise and manage a team of technicians, assign tasks, provide training, and evaluate performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and Repair: Oversee the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and systems to ensure they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of technicians, including assigning tasks, providing training, and evaluating performance.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage costs associated with maintenance and repair activities.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all maintenance and repair activities meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication: Communicate with facilities staff, management, and external contractors to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues.
  • Safety: Ensure a safe working environment for technicians and building occupants.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Graduate of any course related to Facilities Management or Engineering
  • NCII Certificate required
  • At least 3 years of experience in Facilities Management, Engineering/Maintenance
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems and facilities equipment
  • Leadership and management experience
