Job Description

Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters, providing exceptional service and support.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and strategic planning.

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and drive business growth.

Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors to identify new opportunities and optimize sales performance.

Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.

Clearly communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas, driving revenue growth and expansion.

Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts), making informed decisions to drive business success.

Prepare reports on account status, providing valuable insights and recommendations for future growth and development.

Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory, leveraging expertise and resources to achieve collective goals.

Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed, providing prompt and professional resolution.

Requirements and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or any business-related course.

2-3 years experience in Marketing, Sales, and Account Management.

Knowledge/experience in Digital Marketing is an advantage.

Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Good problem-solving, strategic-thinking, and leadership skills.

Knowledge of IT products and solutions is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and under pressure.
