Our Digital Products and Channels Team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in a role that will drive digital product innovation and ensure exceptional customer experiences across banking services on various digital platforms. In this role, you will design and standardize end-to-end CX/UI/UX for both internal and 3rd party open banking partners.
You will leverage data-driven insights, customer feedback, and analytics to improve behavioral modeling on product opportunities and potential risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with EWB BUs and product teams to digitize and onboard bank products across relevant customer channels using customer-centric design thinking.
- Manage the lifecycle of all EWB/EWRB Multi-Product Digital Channels, including EasyWay, KOMO websites, and web portal applications, from ideation to evolution.
- Design digital products and channels to offer superior customer experiences, driving satisfaction, engagement, and long-term loyalty.
