Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex problems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
• At least 1 year of experience in Helpdesk support
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to use probing questions to analyze issues
• Familiarity with Active Directory, including resetting passwords, creating accounts, and understanding OU and domain/forest concepts
• Basic knowledge of MS 365, including Office package, Calendar, and Outlook
• Experience in PC troubleshooting and network fundamentals
• Fluency in English and French (native French speakers are preferred)
