Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office, laptop hardware, and peripherals. Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange, Apple OS, and SCCM.

Two of the following certifications are required:

  • PCLaptop OEM Maintenance Certification
  • CompTIA A+ Certification
  • Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification in the desktop area
  • Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
