  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends and emerging opportunities within the office construction sector.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers, property managers, and facility managers.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including design, project management, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM software.

  • Talent Development: Train and develop Business Development team members to meet and exceed targets.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as Business Development Manager or Director.
  • Skills: Must have experience in Client / Business Acquisition, Strong understanding of office construction processes and industry standards, Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, Ability to work independently and take initiative, Strong negotiation and presentation skills, Proficient with MS Office and has the advanced ability to build presentations, case studies, and whitepapers, Strong research, sales, and rapport-building skills, Experience with BPO Business Development is an advantage.
