Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Lead and manage a team of sales associates, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
- Implement processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
