Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing scalable solutions for lead lifecycle management, opportunity tracking, ABM, and customer success workflows within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with GTM leadership to understand business goals, sales and marketing strategies, and operational needs. You will also translate high-level strategic objectives into technical requirements and actionable implementation plans.

  • Architect, configure, and optimize Salesforce to align with client-specific GTM processes.
  • Implement and manage key integrations with tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clari, and CPQ platforms.
  • Design scalable solutions for lead lifecycle management, opportunity tracking, ABM, and customer success workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar role.
  • Proven hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, optimization, and administration.
  • Familiarity with related tools and integrations such as HubSpot, Marketo, Clari, CPQ systems, and data enrichment platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on complex data sets.
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM/reporting tools.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically within a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
