Job Overview

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our critical applications. We seek a motivated and curious individual with experience in card payments and a software engineering mindset to improve processes.

  • Manage pipeline build and maintenance per client tooling and standards.
  • Engage in the software development lifecycle, ensuring solutions meet availability, performance, security, and maintainability standards.
  • Monitor system metrics and health, analyze reports.
  • Support production and in-house systems; participate in on-call support.
  • Lead incident management, conduct root cause analysis, and perform post-incident reviews.
  • Implement system security and resiliency measures.
  • Improve processes within the program.

The ideal candidate has a minimum 2+ years of experience, mandatory card payment domain knowledge, and experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, PCF), NoSQL & SQL databases (MongoDB, Oracle, Postgres), distributed systems and microservices, Unix tooling, scripting skills, monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace), proficiency in Python, Java, Go, or similar, understanding of SLOs and SLAs, experience in SRE/DevOps teams, and strong initiative, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Card payment domain knowledge.

  • NoSQL & SQL databases (MongoDB, Oracle, Postgres) knowledge.
  • Distributed systems and microservices experience.

  • Monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace) experience.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, Go, or similar.
  • Understanding of SLOs and SLAs.
  • Experience in SRE/DevOps teams.

This is a full-time position requiring a strong initiative, communication, and collaboration skillset.
