Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to enhance our AI-generated content in Chinese Simplified. The ideal candidate will possess native-level fluency in Chinese Simplified and proficient English reading and writing skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and score AI-generated responses across various topics to improve content quality.
  • Suggest improvements and corrections using natural language examples to refine model outputs.
  • Evaluate model performances through A/B testing, ranking, scoring, and annotation to ensure data accuracy.
  • Flag content with safety concerns such as toxicity or hallucinations to maintain a secure environment.

Ongoing training and support will be provided to ensure the success of the team.

Requirements
  • Native-level fluency in Chinese Simplified is required.
  • Proficient English reading and writing skills are essential.
  • The selected candidate must be available to work at least 10 hours per week.
  • A personal computer (Windows 10+ or recent macOS) and reliable high-speed internet connection are necessary.
