Job Title: IT Business Analyst

As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement innovative solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure scope is well-defined and tracked.
  • Gather and document requirements for IT system implementation, enhancements, and features.
  • Evaluate existing business solutions, identify requirements, and develop strategies to maximize opportunities.
  • Facilitate meetings to elicit requirements from business users and stakeholders.
  • Review documents from business users and stakeholders as inputs to requirements gathering activities.
  • Write Business Requirements Documents, Business Process Documents, and Requirements Traceability Matrix.
  • Assist users in clarifying requirements and defining acceptance criteria for testing of automated systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years' experience in performing business analysis in software engineering or software testing.
  • Hands-on experience with Bug Tracking tools such as Jira, Mantis, or BugZilla.
  • Good understanding of the project lifecycle, documentation, standards, and methodologies.
  • Experience in writing Business Requirements, Business Process Documents, and Requirement Traceability Matrix.
