The Role:
This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Client Support Professional.
About the Job:
- Provide information about hotels and services to customers.
- Recommend products that fit customers' needs.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Take reservations details and oversee delivery and payment.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Handle customer complaints and escalated inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or any related field.
- At least one to two years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Ability to remain patient and composed under pressure.
