Job Summary:

IQBackOffice seeks a skilled Senior Financial Strategy Expert to play a pivotal role in guiding financial decisions and driving business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing strategic plans, and providing insights to enhance operational efficiency.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interpret complex financial data. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis and planning, you will have a deep understanding of financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and budgeting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis to support business planning and decision-making; develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenues, expenses, and cash flows.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the annual budgeting process by collaborating with various departments to gather and analyze budgetary data; monitor and analyze budget vs. actual performance, providing variance analysis and insights.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports and dashboards to senior management; ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial results, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks; utilize data analytics tools to derive actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance cost efficiency; evaluate and analyze product profitability and pricing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including accounting, operations, and marketing, to align financial objectives with overall business strategies; provide financial insights and support to business unit leaders to drive performance improvement.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies; assist in the identification and mitigation of financial risks.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes and reporting accuracy; stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and best practices in financial analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning, or related role
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tableau)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines
