Job Title: Finance Head

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Head to join our team at JMO Marketing Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our financial operations and ensuring the financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage and oversee all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Lead a team of financial professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of financial objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies that align with the company's overall goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a head of finance or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation, and bookkeeping.
  • Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management.
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office.
  • Solid analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Leadership abilities.
