  • You'll oversee the creation and maintenance of customer accounts, security, and pricing data within multiple systems across teams.
  • Your analytical skills will help identify opportunities for improvement in data quality and client service levels.
  • You'll act as backup for your manager, evaluating performance, making recommendations, and identifying training requirements.
  • As a leader, you'll provide direction and guidance to your team, assessing performance, recommending improvements, and ensuring staff have the necessary skills.

This role requires strong technical skills, leadership ability, and the capacity to learn and work with complex data management systems. You'll work closely with Legal and Credit teams, leveraging Microsoft 365 tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
