Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support unit, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and effective assistance to our customers via various channels, including chat, email, and ticketing systems. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as escalating complex problems to the appropriate technical teams when necessary.

  • You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions to their problems.
  • You will be required to use translation tools effectively to support non-English speaking customers.
  • You will need to possess strong problem-solving skills and a calm approach under pressure.
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of experience in customer or technical support.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to use and switch between support systems and translation functionalities.
