The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT or IS compliance/audit, with at least 5 years of experience. They should also possess advanced level experience in MS Office 365 and excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure Third-Party Supplier Compliance: Conduct regular assessments to ensure third-party suppliers meet business requirements, agreements, policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Lead Security Risk Assessments: Oversee risk assessment activities, including discovery calls, risk-based assessments, and remediation efforts.
- Research and Analyze Security Risks: Stay up-to-date on emerging security threats and analyze risks applicable to our organization.
- Communicate and Monitor Progress: Identify security gaps, provide recommendations, and track progress until completion.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal stakeholders and management to address process deviations, delays, or escalations.
- Supervise Analysts' Work: Ensure assigned analysts complete risk assessment and remediation activities effectively and efficiently.
- Review Documentation: Perform reviews of risk assessment documentation and remediation completion.
- Attend Meetings: Participate in risk assessment and remediation meetings.
- Provide Support and Guidance: Assist with inquiries, concerns, or challenges.
- Track Completion and SLA: Ensure timely completion and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Execute Information Risk Governance Program: Assist with the execution of the Information Risk Governance program.
- Solve Complex Problems: Participate in solving complex problems and addressing issues and challenges.
- Develop Solutions for Process Improvement: Contribute to training program implementation and develop or support solutions for process improvement.
- Participate in Special Projects: Lead or participate in special projects.
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in IT or IS compliance/audit.
- 3+ years of understanding of different security products.
- 3+ years of experience with various compliance frameworks and regulations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced level experience in MS Office 365.
- Ability to develop effective relationships with team members, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
