Main Responsibilities:
  1. Data Accuracy and Completeness: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data, including bank reconciliations, loan payments, and cash positions.
  2. Collection and Deposit Processing: Receive collections and prepare documents for bank deposits, following established procedures.
  3. Aging Report Review: Monitor and review weekly and monthly aging reports for payables, making recommendations for scheduled payments.
  4. Verification and Control: Verify checks and check vouchers prepared by Treasury Associates, ensuring adherence to internal controls and external reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Bank or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
