Job Description

We are looking for a Paid Advertising Professional to join our team at Chiropractic First Group. As a Paid Advertising Professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Advertising Management: Plan, implement, and manage paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to achieve marketing objectives.
  • SEO Performance Monitoring: Monitor SEO performance and optimize website rankings through keyword strategy and content audits.
  • Campaign Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign data and provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with actionable insights to improve lead generation.
  • Marketing Campaign Execution: Draft, propose, execute, monitor, and evaluate marketing-related activities and campaigns to drive patient acquisitions for all clinics in Manila, Philippines.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with doctors and clinic assistants to ensure smooth execution of all marketing and communications plans.
  • Marketing Collateral Production: Ensure all clinics must-haves are in place and adequate. Handle the production of marketing collaterals and work closely with vendors, suppliers, manpower, and internal departments to plan and execute marketing campaigns/events effectively.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Arrange for necessary permits, licenses, and insurance coverage for events, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Execute sales-driven health events such as roadshows & corporate talks ensuring maximum participation.
  • Performance Evaluation: Assist to monitor performance and evaluate effectiveness of all marketing efforts, record findings, and make recommendations and reporting accordingly.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Technical Skills: Strong command of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and basic HTML/CSS.
  • Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage ad budgets and deliver ROI-positive campaigns.
  • Languages: Excellent command in both written and spoken English, with a proficiency in Tagalog being an advantage.
  • Social Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Work Habits: Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure, meeting short deadlines and working extra hours if needed on assignments.
