About the Job

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team at Seller Interactive. As a key member of our growth marketing team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, generating interest in our company's offerings, and providing valuable insights to our sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting: Utilize various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and online research to identify and research potential leads.
  • Lead Qualification: Engage with leads to determine their needs, budget, and purchase intent, and qualify them based on predefined criteria.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our company's offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to potential leads.
  • CRM Management: Record and maintain accurate lead information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Follow-up: Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with potential leads to nurture their interest and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Lead Nurturing: Utilize email marketing and other communication tools to nurture leads and provide them with relevant content and information.
  • Sales Handoff: Coordinate with our sales team to transition qualified leads for further engagement, providing comprehensive information and context.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze lead generation performance, track KPIs, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare and provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results to management.
  • Feedback Loop: Collaborate with our marketing team to provide insights on lead quality and feedback on lead generation campaigns' effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other lead generation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting salary of Php 21,000 with bonus OTEs. As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with EST hours 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
