Virtual Operations Specialist

The Virtual Operations Specialist will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication. This role involves a range of tasks, including document organization, data entry, research, and customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Organize and store documents and files
- Perform data entry tasks, including preparing lead lists, meeting minutes, and payroll information
- Research products, purchase goods, and secure samples
- Update and collect information for marketing and sales campaigns through a CRM system
- Prepare statements or invoices, track payments, and record company expenses
- Conduct market research, gather data on trends, and prepare reports on findings
- Monitor projects, conduct internal communication, and organize company data
- Coordinate calendars, prevent scheduling conflicts, and ensure clients are prepared for meetings
- Prepare itineraries, book travel arrangements, and make calls for appointments or informational inquiries
- Reply to emails, follow up on correspondence, and organize inbox as per client preferences
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Able to work flexible shifts
- Technically savvy and familiar with current technologies
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling
- Proactive attitude and willingness to be trained
