**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Coordinator to support our property management division with various accounting and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in administration and accounting, excellent organizational skills, and a strong attention to detail.

  • Support various accounting and administrative tasks, including accounts payable and receivable processes, invoice processing, and data entry.

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records and perform month-end and year-end closing processes.

  • Develop and prepare financial reports and presentations for management.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for smooth financial operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
