About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lead to join our Southeast Asia Cluster. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving commercial excellence across multiple markets in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Manage relationships with distributors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and regulatory teams to drive market access and sales
  • Lead business reviews with distributors to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's MBA degree in business, pharmacy, medicine, science, or biology
  • 12+ years of experience in commercial/operations/general management for pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare products
  • In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical industry trends, sales channels, and customers in Southeast Asia
