Key Responsibilities

This role involves leading and executing organic search strategies across multiple client accounts and internal web properties. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple clients, incorporating technical, on-page, and off-page efforts
  • Conducting thorough SEO audits, competitive gap analyses, and keyword opportunity mapping to inform strategy
  • Collaborating with designers and developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated during builds
  • Creating structured content strategies that align with UX and conversion goals
  • Managing and enhancing local SEO for businesses with physical locations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 10 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an agency setting with multiple concurrent clients
  • A proven track record of driving measurable SEO results (e.g., traffic, rankings, conversions)
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console
  • Experience implementing SEO strategies across various industries and CMS platforms
