We are seeking a skilled Toymaker to create innovative and engaging toy products for kids' meals. This role requires a strong sense of visual design, understanding of child behavior and preferences, and adherence to toy safety standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design creative, age-appropriate toy concepts that align with current themes, trends, and objectives.
  • Develop detailed sketches, 3D models, and prototypes using design tools (e.g., CAD, SolidWorks, Adobe Illustrator).
  • Conduct user research and testing with children or parent focus groups to gather insights.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international toy safety standards (e.g., ASTM, EN71, CPSIA).
  • Collaborate with suppliers, engineers, and manufacturers to ensure feasibility, cost-efficiency, and quality.
  • Work with marketing and branding teams to integrate toy designs with promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Toy Design, Product Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in toy or product design, especially for children.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design process and final products.
  • Proficient in 2D and 3D design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, Fusion 360).
  • Understanding of child psychology, play behavior, and developmental appropriateness.
  • Knowledge of toy materials, prototyping, and manufacturing processes.
  • Familiarity with toy safety standards and compliance requirements.
