By leveraging their expertise in Microsoft's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Engagement (CE) software from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) software line, they empower their clients to thrive in the ever-changing digital landscape.

**Job Overview**

The Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365CE) Senior Developer plays a vital role in our client's Microsoft Business Solutions' customer delivery team of D365CE centred solutions. This exceptional developer will assist in delivering technical implementations and designs of D365CE solutions, collaborating closely with both onshore and offshore development teams. Additionally, the developer will be involved in the development of integration solutions between D365CE and various third-party legacy systems for their clients. With extensive experience in .Net and JavaScript development for D365CE, this expert should be well-versed in best practices across the development lifecycle, including code management, test methodologies, and build processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Solution and Technical Architects to create high-quality design and sustainable client solutions and project documentation
  • Implement technical solutions for customer requirements in D365CE
  • Ensure all design/technical documentation is kept up-to-date during the development process
  • Develop components outside of the core D365CE platform but within the wider Microsoft stack
  • Work with both onshore and off/near-shore development teams
