Warehouse Supervisor Opportunity

TORCH Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Hagonoy. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and safe storage and retrieval of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Manage inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize warehouse operations, improving efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve warehouse productivity and employee engagement.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Accountancy or Accounting-related course.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse environment.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and experience in implementing safety protocols.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and proficiency in using relevant software applications.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary Package:

  • 18,000 - 20,000 + Overtime & 13th Month Pay.
  • Premium Pay (holiday/rest day).
  • Government-mandated benefits.
