Digital Sales Representative
Join us as a key player in driving informed buying decisions for new and existing customers of Zendesk. As a product expert, you'll be responsible for articulating the value of Zendesk to an informed buyer through various touchpoints across the customer journey.
We're looking for a motivated self-starter who can handle high-velocity sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Ideal candidates will bring a consistent track record of achieving targets and software/SaaS experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of Zendesk products and solutions.
- Actively engage with prospects and customers to drive informed buying decisions.
- Utilize a variety of communication channels to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs established for the role, including ticket volumes, response and resolution times, and productivity.
- Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a weekly basis.
Requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- 1+ years of sales experience; software/SaaS experience preferred.
- Real passion for Zendesk technology and quick ability to learn tools and processes.
- Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to multitask a high volume of opportunities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, think strategically, and excel at tactical execution.
