Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to collaborate with our product team and contribute to the growth of our tech product. As a key member, you will work across backend and frontend systems, taking on various tasks from smaller features to complex builds, while maintaining high-quality standards.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments, can take ownership of tasks, and are proficient in working with AI-assisted development tools.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement features and fixes across a modern stack: TypeScript/Node, Python, PostgreSQL, AWS.
  • Utilize AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate development while maintaining quality.
  • Work on tickets ranging from smaller tasks to complex builds, ensuring efficiency, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Maintain autonomy in implementation with clear ticket context, plus collaborative support when needed.
  • Ensure code is efficient, maintainable, and scalable.
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering team to refine requirements and deliver quickly.
  • Balance speed with reliability in production deployments.
  • Contribute to improving development processes, tooling, and AI-assisted workflows.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in full stack development.
  • Strong TypeScript skills, plus comfort working with Python, PostgreSQL, AWS.
  • Proficient in AI-assisted coding and familiar with tools like Cursor and Claude Code.
  • Able to take tickets with minimal context and execute at a high level.
  • Highly organized, self-sufficient, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: Experience with collaborative, remote-first development teams.
