Job RoleThe Senior Payroll and Timekeeping Specialist will be instrumental in managing employee time and attendance records, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with company policies and laws. Key duties include:
- Gathering, reviewing, and processing employee time and attendance records.
- Vigilant monitoring of timekeeping records for accuracy and adherence to company policies and legal standards.
- Collaboration with the payroll team to guarantee efficient and accurate payroll processing.
- Supporting the development and distribution of payroll reports.
- Detecting areas for improvement in timekeeping processes and implementing changes as required.
- Regularly updating management on timekeeping and payroll performance metrics.
- Investigating and resolving any timekeeping discrepancies or issues.
- Maintaining accurate and organized records of timekeeping and payroll activities.
- Extensive experience in Timekeeping/payroll (minimum 3-4 years).
- Proficiency in Excel for data consolidation and transfer.
- Able to work independently and remotely.
