We are seeking a highly skilled data engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing end-to-end data pipelines for ingesting, processing, and structuring unstructured data (documents, PDFs, images) for AI consumption.

The ideal candidate will have experience building production data systems that support AI applications, with a strong focus on innovation and problem-solving. You will work closely with our ML engineers to prepare and curate datasets for LLM evaluation, fine-tuning, and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in data engineering with a focus on AI/ML data systems
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and self-directed learning mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementations and tool integration
  • Knowledge of data preparation for LLM fine-tuning and dataset curation
