Assessing Luxury Customer Experiences

You will be part of a team that evaluates customer experiences in the luxury automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Select your assignments based on personal preferences and profile.
  • Evaluate luxury stores or online platforms, engaging with sales associates in person or virtually from home.
  • Observe carefully, visiting boutiques, checking ambience, experiencing luxury showrooms, purchasing online, evaluating after-sales services, or overall customer experience.
  • Provide honest feedback through our platform using questionnaires.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years old or older.
  • Good understanding of the automobile industry.
  • Passionate about automobiles and improving customer service and retail environments.
  • Enjoy interacting with people.
  • Has a keen eye for discreetly observing and noting various aspects of shopping experience.
  • Willingness to adapt to varying assignment types and industries.
  • Ability to provide unbiased, honest feedback without personal biases and be prompt in filling out online surveys.
