Parking Marshal

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parking Marshal to join our team at PROFESSIONAL PARKING GROUP. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our carpark facilities.

• Assist Parkers: Provide guidance and assistance to parkers upon entering the site to maintain efficient traffic flow, minimize congestion, and prevent potential accidents.
• Safety and Security: Ensure visibility within the parking area to protect against possible violent or illegal activities, damage to properties, and other safety hazards. Conduct regular checks on carpark conditions, equipment completeness, and any potential violations of carpark rules and regulations.
• Incident Reporting: Document and report any incidents, including vehicle collisions, found violations, and safety threats. Provide incident reports to clients as requested.
• Support Team Members: Assist Parking Cashiers/Lead Cashiers with lost or damaged tickets, secure necessary documents to verify lawful ownership of vehicles, and conduct carpark inventories before and after duty.

• Driving Skills: Possess excellent driving skills and experience in security protection.
• Communication Skills: Develop strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with parkers, colleagues, and clients.
• Judgment and Attention to Detail: Demonstrate good judgment and attention to detail when making reports and handling incidents.
• Team Player: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals and maintain a positive work environment.

• Experience: Preferably possess at least 3 years of background experience in driving and security protection.
• Trustworthiness and Honesty: Be trustworthy and honest in all interactions and duties.

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000-$60,000 per annum based on qualifications and experience.
