Financial Transaction Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Payment Operations Associate.
Key Responsibilities:- Onboarding Process: The selected candidate will be responsible for processing payment method applications, conducting initial screenings, and submitting necessary documentation to payment partners for approval.
- Client Liaison: Effective communication with clients regarding application status, rejections, and reapplications is essential to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
- Transaction Verification: Regular reconciliation of transactions to verify accuracy and alignment with reports from payment partners is crucial.
- Issue Resolution & Ad-hoc Tasks: Support day-to-day payment operations by investigating and resolving issues such as missing payments, failed payouts, and discrepancies. Coordination with both payment partners and clients is required to drive timely resolutions.
- Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency within payment operations.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Prior experience in payment operations, treasury, or financial operations is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to reconcile large sets of data.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients and external partners.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities.
