Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Designer to drive consistent and effective digital marketing across multiple markets, brands, and categories. This role involves developing digital storyboards, animation, and other assets for social media, CRM, display, and video placements.

  • Deliver static and video digital placements for organic/paid social, CRM, and display channels.
  • Conceptualize and execute exciting digital ideas through creative collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain digital storyboards and animation as needed.
  • Seamlessly adapt digital marketing assets across various platforms.
  • Manage workflow and prioritize requests to meet tight deadlines.
  • Delegate tasks, provide feedback, and ensure high-quality design work.
  • Protect global brand identity guidelines and translate them into cohesive creative projects.
  • Share knowledge with colleagues and encourage idea exploration.
  • Maintain high standards and release only exceptional work to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elevate digital creativity standards.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and bring innovative ideas.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, digital design, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • At least 6 years of experience at a creative agency or design-led consumer brand.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing credible digital design skills.
  • Thorough understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, mobile-first design, and web standards.
  • Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong in typography, design systems, visual storytelling, and problem-solving.
  • Efficient, organized, and able to prioritize workload under tight deadlines.
  • Conceptual thinking, creative instincts, and a willingness to experiment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, driven by creative excellence.
  • Strong work ethic and dedication to delivering exceptional results.
