Job Description- We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to healthcare providers, navigating complex systems to resolve issues and delivering information in a positive manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer applications, including Windows PC software
- Communication Skills: Excellent listening and response skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly assess situations and formulate recommendations
