Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer applications, including Windows PC software
  • Communication Skills: Excellent listening and response skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly assess situations and formulate recommendations
