Product leadership opportunities abound at our company, with a senior position available to steer the development and growth of our product suite.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance commercial and technical needs. Experience in sales/marketing is beneficial, but a deep understanding of software development and engineering processes is essential for success.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and own the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Act as a bridge between stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Represent product interests in engineering meetings, prioritizing features and resolving trade-offs to ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct customer research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and drive adoption.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and launch successful products.
  • Utilize data-driven decision making to define KPIs, analyze usage metrics, and optimize the product for continuous improvement.
  • Build and lead high-performing product teams as the function scales.

What We're Looking For:

  • A results-driven leader with 5+ years of experience in product management or ownership, preferably within SaaS, eCommerce, logistics, or marketplaces.
  • Strong technical fluency, with the ability to understand software architecture, APIs, and development workflows.
  • Proven commercial acumen, with experience aligning product strategy with revenue growth and customer needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent product interests both internally and externally.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product discovery frameworks.
  • Previous leadership experience, particularly in scaling SaaS companies.
