The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong customer service mindset. They will be responsible for providing first-line support through various channels, including phone, chat, and email.

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to internal clients via phone, chat, and email.
  • Manage helpdesk support tickets and requests, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up as needed.
  • Offer onsite and/or remote support for software issues and requests, utilizing knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft applications, business applications (Adobe, Salesforce, Zoom, etc.), and Mac.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent, with at least 1 year of experience in IT or a related field. They will also be knowledgeable in supporting key technologies such as Microsoft Office Applications, Azure Active Directory, and Windows Server.
