Compliance and Risk Management Role

We are looking for an experienced Compliance and Risk Management professional to join our team. As a Financial Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting audits to ensure adherence to company SOPs and validate asset existence.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any equivalent course and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will also be able to work onsite in Kapitolyo, Pasig City.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct audits to ensure adherence to company SOPs and validate asset existence.
  • Recommend internal control measures and prepare initial audit reports for discussion with audit teams and stakeholders.

You will actively participate in audit tasks, including spot-checking POS reports, inventories, fixed assets, and cash counts. The successful candidate will assist in preparing templates and forms to improve company compliance and monitoring.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any equivalent course.
  • Open to fresh graduates with relevant internship experience or applicants with at least 1 year of experience as an Accounting Associate or in a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
