AI Model Evaluator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled AI Model Evaluator to join our team. As an AI Model Evaluator, you will play a crucial role in assessing the performance of artificial intelligence models and ensuring they align with human values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality training datasets for AI models to enhance accuracy, fluency, and coherence.
  • Annotate data to ensure AI models reflect human ethics and values.
  • Edit and refine expert-generated training data and AI model-generated text to improve grammar, syntax, and sentence structure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate and refine datasets.
  • Contribute to evolving specifications for AI-model training and data recipes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Linguistics, Journalism, Creative Writing, English, or a related field.
  • Excellent writing skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics.
  • Ability to edit and improve written communication across various fields.
