Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage multiple ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and driving results-oriented team performance.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with ERP implementation, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring alignment, and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
  • Project Monitoring: Continuously monitor project progress, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required standards, quality, and client expectations.
  • Closure and Evaluation: Conduct thorough project closure activities, documenting lessons learned, and ensuring smooth handovers to support teams.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge or experience with Infor ERP systems; familiarity with other ERP systems is highly valued.
  • Proven ability to manage complex ERP implementations focusing on manufacturing and supply chain processes.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Makati.
  • Valid passport and flexibility to travel as needed.
